Privacy

No accounts. Your browser keeps a random id so a daily can only be played once; the server only ever stores a one-way hash of it, alongside the answers you lock in (used to calibrate rarity) and your daily score (used for “deeper than X%”).

Your settings, streak and avatar are stored only in your browser.

Stream mode reads public Twitch chat anonymously. We never store chat messages. A chatter's username and session score are deleted 24–48 hours after their last answer (the cleanup runs daily); answers are kept only as anonymous counts. Stream sessions idle for 90 days are deleted.

On desktop, Poro Dive may show ads from Google AdSense. Google may set cookies and use them to choose ads; if you're in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland you're asked first, and you can change your choice from the consent dialog at any time. Phones, the stream panel and the stream overlay never show ads.

If you remove ads ($2.99, once), Lemon Squeezy processes the payment and sends your receipt; we never see your card. Your license key is stored in your browser. On our side we keep only a one-way hash of it (to check it when you restore it elsewhere) and, for at most two days after checkout, an encrypted copy so this browser can collect it.
